Its the second week of 2012.
Girl started class at appletree. The experience with the teachers and class time has been good. She brings back a craft a day, which is totally unexpected. For $140 a mth, 1.5 hr every day from mon to fri, meaningfully occupied with music and movement, hands on craft, cl rm environment... good deal.
I stayed in class for first day, dropped off thurs and fri. I went to the gym on one day and housework on the other. I want to make good use of my time when kids are at school, hse wk, exercise and read, things i miss doing on my own.
LC had a US work trip for a week. I had kids to myself, all day and night. Bad news, boy fell sick on a fri, and our wk ends were home, no church and no outings. We had a good time though, playing games, fixing puzzles and having meals and quite alot of tv time together, watched Cars2 and Chipmunks fri and sat night over dinner. Handling them by myself wasn't that difficult afterall.
Resolution for 2012? Nothing new. Missed my CC class for the first wk end of the yr. I want to be punctual and be there every sun. I am looking forward to greater involvement at church. I'm waiting for a call from BSF. Miss it, girl too. She still sings about BSF every now and then. I need to get on to do bible study once again, ACTS this yr. I need to read a book afresh.
